Builders
Intown Builders, LLC (“Intown Builders”, “IB”) represents the collaboration of an accomplished residential builder and light commercial contractor with a seasoned neighborhood developer.
These principals have built and/or renovated several hundred homes over their combined 50 years in the real estate industry. This experience ranges from kitchen and basement renovations to complete subdivision development, all with a distinctive urban feel.
Intown Builders’ clients include home buyers, commercial property owners, not-for-profit organizations, and financial institutions.
We are passionate about our primary objective for all Intown Builders’ clients: To provide exceptional craftsmanship and value for those buyers who seek to live, work, play, and do business in Atlanta’s urban neighborhoods.
Meet the Partners
Joe Brown
Real estate professional with over 25 years of finance, entitlement, planning and development experience. Majority of those years focused on urban neighborhoods in collaboration with for-profit and not-for-profit development partners. Has developed over 100 new single family homes in Summerhill, High Point Estates, Reynoldstown and Old Forth Ward. Prior to Intown Builders, worked for Bank of America Community Development Corporation and Centerline Capital Group/C3 Capital.
Greg Evans
General contractor with 26 plus years of construction services in commercial tenant build out and residential new and renovation experience. Have been actively involved in the renovation and new houses build since the early 90’s in Old Fourth Ward, Reynoldstown, Pittsburgh, Edgewood, East Point and several other Intown neighborhoods. Worked for or partnered with Community Development Corporations such as Historic District Development Corporation, Reynoldstown Revitalization Corporation, TylerPlace CDC, SNSDI and ANDP.
